"I was a prospective tenant a the pennytree apartment complex. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. Before I filled out application, "Kat" the property mgr required $35.00 in cash. She identified the Pennytree as a "second chance" propery. I's advertised on Craigs list a.."

"I've always been very happy with Horticulture Unlimited Inc. Been using them since 2002 for routine landscaping on two residential properties I own in Tucson, AZ. The shrubs, trees and lawns on both properties look great all year. Not sure what the last user who commented here experienced, but .."
