Pennytree Apartments

I was a prospective tenant a the pennytree apartment complex. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. Before I filled out application, "Kat" the property mgr required $35.00 in cash. She identified the Pennytree as a "second chance" propery. I's advertised on Craigs list as E Z Qualify Bad credit, Evictions, Judgements OK. "Katt" assured me she would have me in the next day, just drop off application in the morning. I did.She the said it would be 24 hours, noon the next day. I was moving out then, but I believed her. 11:40 am the next day still and still hadn' heard from her. The movers had loaded up. I arrived and "Katt" was really rude, shoved a paper at me , a misdemeanor from '05 told me I had to get the disposition. It would have aken her 3 maybe 4 keystrokes to rectify.I had o payt t wice the original moving fee, I had to rent a storage room twice he size I could afford, I had o go to a motel, which I can't afford. She said she'd have me in he next afternoon, she'd call me..Never heard from her. She was rude, unprofessional and I believe biased due o my disabiltiy. I met all the rquirements including last monhs ren. "Katt" could no would no be contacted. Niether would he realtor Rober Douek. I've lived in he Phoenix area long enough o know not o expect the lowest common denominator as far as cusomer service goes. "Kat's" behavior is inexcusable, violates he Fair Housing act on at least 5 separatepoints. I'm offended and disguseted
