I would not recommend this company, I have dealt with them for a few years now and the only thing they are good at is trying to charge for something that is not needed. They wanted to replace one of our smoke detectors because it went off on it's own 3 times and wanted to charge us $250. for the work, the 1st time it was activated was the day the quarterly inspection was due and it happened right before their tech. walked into the building, it was activated again a few hours after he left and again 2 days later. I researched it and all it needed was to be cleaned with compressed air because it had collected too much dust (we did the work). Either their tech. couldn't figure out the problem or it seems like he wanted to make more money by making a service call just for the smoke detector, 2nd incident was when their so called technician came to do the 3 month inspection and broke one of our pull stations, now they want to charge us for replacing it and charge us $307. when we have never touched it and their tech. broke it... I found a replacement (NEW) pull-station for $50. and we replaced it ourselves, I am going to look for another company who will not try to steal from us or at least steal for less
