"Its refreshing to actually deal with a company owner (Matt) and not a high pressure (commission based) sales person. Other heating and air companies were trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. Example; two stage furnace. Matt explained everything, there were no surprises. Work was complet.."

"Located near Ice Station Valencia and Valencia High School so it in a real safe area of nice buildings and lots of parking. It's really private and the people are quite friendly. They pay more than anybody in town and are heads and shoulders above everybody when it comes to being pro's at .."

"Really is the best, cleanest, highest paying pawn shop in Santa Clarita. These guys were shirts and ties. The other places in town just wear tattoos. This really is a class, clean, safe place and the people are professionals. I felt really comfortable."
