At first, I was pleased to hear that I would have the problem diagnosed for a decent fee. This fee would be waived if I had them do the service. Service charge turned out to be exactly the same as the diagnostic charge. No problem....so far. It was when I was told the water valve on my refrigerator was 72.00. I thought this to be a bit high but told them to do the service as I would have to pay the diagnostic charge even if I did not have them do the service. I went online to compare their part price and that is when the disgust for this company came in.....35.50. They already had their service charge in the bill, so I paid for their time. To double the part price to make a bit more money is just ridiculous. I can guarantee that this was the one and only time I will use this company for anything. Funny enough, this was for just one of my homes and I sell homes for a living. Imagine how much money they will now lose in this single act of greed. Live and learn I guess.
