park and the rest of the parks they own are full of roaches and rats. they never do pest control or fix anything the legal or safe way.. the people running these parks lie cheat and steal from whoever they can. they will change the names of the parks to fool people but its the same owners and same help. DO NOT RENT FROM GLENWOOD , J&L , WATERSIDE, COUNTRYSIDE OR WILLOW CREEK ALL WILL LIE TO YOU TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH TONS OF ROACHES AND RATS.. PLUS EVERY TRAILER SMELLS LIKE THE SEWER. THEY POUR BLEACH AND SPARY THE UNITS SO YOU DON'T KNOW UNTIL YOU MOVE IN. GLEN PEARSON STILL OWNS ALL THE PAKS AND HIS PARTNER IS CHAD IS STILL WITH HIM. PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT ANY OF THESE PARKS. WE ALL NEED TO WORK TOGETHER TO SHUT DOWN THESE SLUM LORDS.TURN THEM IN FOR EVERYTHING(CODE INFORCMENT, HEALTH DEPT,ETC )

Just to let anyone know, don't rent Lot 29 in this park. I moved out because it was so roach infested that I was receiving actual bites on my hands while I was asleep. When we moved out after only 2 months, all of our furniture was infested with roaches and we had to have Terminex come and treat the new place. I had to leave all of the food that was in the cabinets ( probably over $500 worth of food, including the two glass front wood cabinets with drawers that we had brought with us to put our food and utensils in (there were only half of the drawers in the kitchen there). When I broke my lease to get away from the roaches, the new manager wanted to know why she hadn't heard of our roach infestation because she had been there for two weeks, but I had reported multiple problems including the roaches to the previous manager and nothing was ever done. Someone told me "Nellie" had moved to North Carolina because she was "promoted" for doing such a great job keeping the trailers rented out. I can tell you it's only by lying and manipulation that she was able to do that and the only reason they have a 7 month lease is because no one can stand to stay there longer than that unless they are absolutely stuck.

"Nellie", the supposed OWNER has now been fired and the new managers name is Dawn. She seems a lot nicer than "Nellie" (but you never know). What goes around comes around and Nellie's karma will come back to get her. She ripped off several people and stole a lot of money. When we signed our lease it was initially $600.00, but all of a sudden it was raised to $679.00 because we had separated and when we got back together we broke our lease so that we could get back together. We had been married 19 years and missed each other severely. Hopefullyk we will be able to get our money back for our lease since she lied and said that the place was not infested and that they sprayed onced a week, but it's been 3 months and they haven't sprayed once.
