"Terrible, terrible customer service! I brought in my sewing machine and serger to be cleaned and oiled. BOTH machines were BROKEN when I came to pick them up. They did fix the first machine, but the serger is totally broken now.
Stanley and WD were completely unhelpful and told me basically.."
