ATTENTION Readers, Voters and Little Helpers Clients:

Little Helpers, Inc. would like to address several comments and reviews that were recently posted on this site and thank our supporters.

We encourage people to do a little research before hiring a maid service. You can search any company by name on the records of the Illinois Secretary of State or the City of Chicago Business Affairs Data Base operating in Illinois at http://www.ilsos.gov/corporatellc/. You can also search the City of Chicago data base for Chicago Business Licenses at http://webapps.cityofchicago.org/lic/iris.jsp ). Also ask for a certificate of insurance from the company to ensure that your covered.

In addition, BornCritic and other reviewers, fraudulently claim they were past clients of Little Helpers. For instance, the comment on the sink was brought from another website months after Little Helpers responded to the comment and spoke to the client. The situation was related to faulty mounting of the sink and had nothing to do with our cleaning crew. BornCritic was not the client involved in this matter. Furthermore, this sink was a very small bathroom sink, with no cabinets underneath it for support. There was no reason for the maid to stand on this sink to begin with. The mirror on the wall was easily reachable by standing in front of it. After further investigation, the small sink detached from the wall due to improper installation with inadequate *** mounts (they were too small to hold the weight of this sink, when routine pressure from cleaning is applied). Pressure applied while cleaning a sink is expected and normal.

We believe that "Amy" (like others) are not a past or current client(s) of Little Helpers. With all due respect, there is no record of having served an Amy in the time frame mentioned in the review. We encourage "Amy" to contact our office 773-539-9310 to obtain a credit and resolve this issue (if this really is you). Little Helpers always strives for complete client satisfaction. A client may contact us within 48 hours of the service and we will go back out to touch up any areas of concern for FREE. When our service is not done to the client's expectations, a satisfaction guarantee is offered.

Some people are under the impression that Little Helpers uses Rug Doctor Carpet Cleaning Machines available at Wal-mart. The fact is Little Helpers has never used such machines. Although practical for other companies, this machine does not offer the power and capacity needed to provide a high quality cleaning experience. Little Helpers uses a professional commercial grade carpet machine with motorized scrubbing brushes, almost a four gallon capacity and power suction that is valued over $1,000.00 and is NOT sold at Wal-mart. The Carpet Cleaning Machines that are attached to vans are suitable if you live on the 3rd floor or below and do not need the carpet scrubbed/brushed.

Little Helpers Inc., created a user name to post testimonials to the public, comments from our real clients, news, etc. For example, a client of ours that used our service submitted on-line feedback. Somehow this was turned around on us and we are being accused of posting fake reviews/comments about ourselves. And when Little Helpers tried to clear the air, we were accused of arguing or being argumentative. We are simply clarifying, by respectfully educating the public, of any questions, misunderstandings or misleading information.

Little Helpers has always operated in an honest and professional manner. We welcome reviews (both negative and positive) from all legitimate clients who have used our services. We strive to always satisfy our clients and whenever we fall short, we work to resolve the matter immediately. We believe in promoting our company on its merits in an accurate and positive manner. We do not believe in false marketing and misleading statements about our competitors in order for personal gain. We recognize that the internet affords opportunities to those who would make use of it for less than truthful purposes. We encourage the curious reader to do a bit of on-line research to identify the source of these reviews.

To protect the integrity of the reviews submitted by our clients on-line from 12-14-08 and forward, Little Helpers will from now on provide a Client Reviewing Number (CRN#) to all customers that have paid for services by e-mail. This will prove that the person submitting a review with a CRN# is an actual client of Little Helpers, Inc. A response from Little Helpers will be provided to all postings, reviews and/or comments regardless if the review is negative or positive but only reviews with a CRN# are clients that USED and paid for our services.
