My company's box truck needed a tow. I am the owner of the company, the owner of the box truck, and I am female. This company was referred by another towing company that could not tow my truck. The male person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. He asked me what is the chassis. No one has ever asked me this question. I asked him what is a chassis. My question irritated him. He asked me what is the size of the truck. I replied that it is a 12 ft box truck. That is not what he wanted to hear but was the only answer I could give him. I asked him to give me an example of the answer to this question because I did not know what he was asking. OMG! My questions and answers to his questions prompted a barrage of verbal insults from him. I would not recommend doing business with C & D Towing. My company prides itself on customer service and my employees would never speak to a potential customer in this manner.
