My Husband and I are locals and we always stay in town on our Anniversary. We stayed here because I wanted the heart shaped tub room. First they were NOT going to honor my reservation and rate because we were smokers and this is a non-smoking room. I am an adult and can go outside to smoke. We checked in finally, dropped our things in the room and left. We can back to eat in the room, so I pulled back the bedspread to sit on the bed. We started the hot tub and the cold water would not work. When we called down they said to turn it the other way. We did and the water would not shut off. They said they would move us but they were charging us an extra $25, for moving the bedspread. In the end they asked us to leave the premises. I will never stay here and strongly advise no one else to either. Its under new management but NOT GOOD MANAGEMENT!
