This company has a contract with the city of Indianapolis, so if you are ever in an accident, they are who the police will most likely call to come tow away your vehicle. REFUSE THEIR SERVICE or remove ALL BELONGINGS from your vehicle before they take it away. My fiance was in a horrible accident, and as they loaded him into the ambulance the tow driver was loading his car onto the tow truck. I went to the tow services shady location off of 38th street within 4 hours from the accident to remove all of his valuables and belongings (including $500 worth of electronics) and it had already been stolen from the vehicle. The person working the office told me only the tow truck driver would have had access to the car, and the tow truck driver was in the office and walked out and when confronted drove off. The office attendent told me all I could do was file a claim and his manager would contact me on Monday. I called on Monday (today) and was informed the manager is on vacation for a week. They refuse to give anyone's names or drivers numbers and lied to cover up for the driver. We called the police while still there and filed a report that night. 2 minutes after the cops left the driver pulled back in with no car on his truck (the office attendent told us he had to go on a run when he pulled off and I said I was calling the police). DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! They will steal your stuff while you are in the ambulance and then cover up for eachother. The police officer who showed up knew of the driver and said he was a shady character. Why the towing company didn't confront the driver while he was still there, instead of letting him drive off for 3 hours (on the clock still i'm sure) is beyong me. I will be contacting the mayors office in regards to their behavior towards accident victims and in regards to their business operations. I will also be contacting the news to advise them of this, as well as the Better Business Bureau.
