I was in the area on business and hadn't had a chance to fix myself before I got there for my meetings because I had been traveling so long. Actually I was quite a mess and was delighted to find the salon I picked didn't make me feel that way on the way to getting it (myself) together! My services were the best, which I expected, and the staff was completely charming. I not only received a description of the services available, I received a guided tour of the many possibilities! The salon has a surprising amount of space with massage, laser therapy and facial rooms just to name a few. The salon is warm and welcoming, and the people are both skilled and have manners!!! WOW I WILL be back!

I opened my first business in Livonia in Sept. 1962 now called CHARISMA SALON AND DAY SPA. We have a full day spa with over 50 talented real employees that pay taxes and social security and have 401k's.

There have been 9 CHARISMA SALONS, Livonia, Ann Arbor, Novi and Rochester. CHARISMA SALON AND DAY SPA is now only in Livonia when we moved to Laurel Park Place Mall 15 years ago.
