Two bad installs, cracked new sink, scratched new faucet, and flooded the house when their non plumber over tightened a bolt and it broke. Counter top still needs to be repositioned on the cabinets to reduce the large gap at the wall. After 2+ months, they are now refusing to finish the job and replace the damaged pieces.
