"My only complaint is that you worked too fast and efficiently. When it comes to home projects, I usually like to gripe to my neighbors and friends about how long it takes, how much it costs, and the mess left behind. None of that with Timberland. You're efficiency almost takes all the fun out of it. But now I have great looking soffits and no leaves in my gutters, which is saying something given all the rain we've had this week. I'm sure my Quality and Value ratings of your performance will go up over time when I don't see ice dams form on my roof this winter or little maple trees growing in my gutters next spring. Thanks for helping take down my tree limb when you showed up for the estimate. Great job."

"They are first company to give me a bid on replacing my gutters. I did not have the work done because the feedback I received that the gutters did not need to be replaced. I asked for a bid anyway, and was given a bid that was very reasonable. I was impressed the honesty. He could have sold me on the need to replace the gutters, but did just the opposite. I would definitely employ Timberland Exteriors in the future should the need arise. "
