I highly recommend using Melody Crigler at Countrywide for all of your residential lending. I have worked with Melody for several years and when it comes to working with first time home buyers no one takes the time to educate and help like Melody does with her clients. As a local realtor I know that Melody will take care of my clients with the same level of care and customer service that I have always provided.
