I have been to Rick's 15-18 times. I love the location and the atmosphere but I have to say it has the worse mangement of any place in Omaha. Many times the service is bad or nonexistent. The staff does not know about prices, advertized specials or promotions. My last two times there, service was good but the food was so inconsistent. We stopped going for brunch because of the breakfast selection.
