Dave and Michelle are uneducated and in turn HURTING people from lack of educated knowledge. Would you recommend someone who had years of bad knees and several knee surgeries do leg extensions? Someone who has studied exercise science, or PT would better than doing this, but since Dave and Michelle don’t have this education, they had someone do these exercise knowing her history of knee problems and they ended up doing A LOT more damage to her. Just because he went on line and got a license saying he knows training and nutrition doesn’t mean squat. I’ve seen way too many people who have come from Dave and Michelle who have been misinformed, given damaging exercise and or just taken advantage of for their own financial gain. Just because someone enjoys doing something doesn’t mean they should teach it!!! Stay clear of this place!!!
