When I called their shop, I was given an appointment for later that day. They were even able to come early. The locksmith was excellent. Fixed my broken door lock and explained what went wrong. I asked him about different brands and he was very knowledgeable. I like people who fix things right the FIRST time and come with all the back-up materials just in case. I would definitely recommend these guys. They are up front about the costs and take pride in a job well done.
