Horrible experience.

Our residential building used them for some signs we needed for hallways. The rep no-showed twice for our initial meeting (yes, this should have been our red flag), but eventually delivered our signs ... in the wrong color. She said that was the best they could do and that we should just take them. When we asked to speak with her supervisor, we discovered she owns the company! So we're stuck with signs in the wrong color and she won't return the samples we gave her.

When I went to settle this whole mess and pay with a credit card in person, she reprimanded at me for not having an appointment.

A heck of a way to run a business. Steer clear.

p.s. They're not on West 81 St anymore. They're on West 57 St.

BE CAREFUL! We had an awful experience with AudreySigns. We contracted with them for a sign for our business. They agreed to the terms and we paid in full upfront. The delivery date came and went. No response. When we followed up they said that they ordered the wrong size sign and would have to resubmit the order. We asked to see a picture of the sign that was made in error to make sure everything else was to our specifications. We felt that was a fair request considering they had created the delay. They must have thought we were calling their bluff because instead of taking a picture, they told us they would never do business with us again. The best part of the story is that now they won't give us a full refund. So they're keeping our money for an order they messed up and refused to fix. And now they won't take my calls. We'll get it worked out in small claims court, but if you want to avoid the headache, go elsewhere.
