Dr. Paul is very talented and is very likeable, however, I was not comfortable with the "LACK" of privacy while being treated there for 4 months. I had never been to a Chiropractors before, so, I did not know what to expect. One particular staff member was out of line & or "rude" with me on several occassions and the problem never properly got addressed. After leaving upset the last time, I would have expected some sort - of follow-up or apology, but, they were apparently to busy for that sort of thing. If you are looking for a more 'private method' & 'excellent customer service' don't go there. It's 2009, I still can't believe they are permitted to yell across the room back & forth regarding individual cases & treatments, aren't there privacy laws???? .... finally had enough & going elsewhere
