CENTERVILLE PARK APARTMENTS ARE AS LOW-GRADE AS THEM COME. THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED. THEY WILL HIDE WHAT THEY CAN FROM YOU, EVEN IF IT CONCERNS YOUR APARTMENT OR YOUR HEALTH. THE APARTMENTS ARE OLD, MILDEWED, AND FALLING APART.. PIPES ARE CONSTANTLY LEAKING OR SO LOUD YOU CAN'T HEAR YOUR OWN TELEVISION. MAINTENANCE TAKES WEEKS TO REPLY TO A SINGLE CALL, EMERGENCY OR NOT. BELOW ARE SEVERAL PICTURES OF HOW BAD THE PLACE IS, AS WELL AS PICTURES OF THE MAINTENANCE STAFF SITTING OUTSIDE IN THE WOODS, IGNORING RESPONSIBILITY.
