I have been training with the Gi Yu dojo for two years. I have lost weight, gained confidence, and improved coordination with my training.
My 5 year old son began the kids class 10 months ago and is more focused and disciplined than when he began. He was attacked by an 8 year old bully last month, and successfully defended himself.
The training is done in a friendly, non-competitive setting. The people there are willing to work extra to ensure you understand the techniques, and care about your growth and development.
If you are looking into martial arts training, this is the place to go.
