This Funeral home is a nightmare. Very unprofessional. In our time of need, this Funeral home only cared about making a profit off of a death. I paid for the Funeral, then the Director, Jim, stated that I was not entitled to the imtemized statement of charges which included funds / charges that were not discussed previously. He placed the wrong name on the death certificate then said I would have to get a court order to get it changed. He never returned phone calls and made his Manager Pat act as the go between to relay information. I made several trips to the Funeral home and he would not come out and speak to me. Clearly he had something to hide. The documents he has in the file are not the documents that I signed in the beginning. He contaced other family members to sign paperwork that had no business signing and that did not pay fo the funeral stating that he could not get ahold of me. I have filed a complaint to the BBB of Ohio as well as the State Board of Embalmers abd Funerl Directors Assoc. of Ohio.
