We moved from Virginia and bought a "fixer-upper" in a very nice neighborhood. Coacher Construction was recommended to us by a family friend and what a happy day that was. We had to rely on Keith to get construction/remodeling started while we still were in Virginia. Patty came to Sioux Falls every couple of weeks to check on progress. Every trip was more reassuring that we chose the right contractor. Keith coordinated everything to our satisfaction and then some. He was more than willing to do things we requested that he possibly had misgivings about, but with his guidance and skill, everything came out perfect. Now that we have been in our house six months, we have Coacher Construction remodeling the basement laundry room and are creating a guest suite. We highly recommend Keith and his team, and will continue to have him do any work have in the future. If we ever build our dream house, Keith will be in charge. THANKS Keith. Patty & Ken A. From the start, Keith proposed a construction schedule that completed our project in 2/3 the time proposed by other contractors. He provided us with a day-by-day project schedule that showed exactly what was planned for each day, and kept to his schedule throughout the project. We greatly appreciated that Keith worked very hard to keep the time we had to spend without a kitchen to a minimum. As things came up during the project, as they always do, Keith worked with us to find solutions acceptable to both parties. We interviewed Keith to do a lower level project in our home. His level of work was outstanding, his honesty is remarkable, but his special talent is listening and executing what we as the homeowners wanted in our lower level.
