My mother and I are so glad that the other inspector, who was going to help, bailed on us. What’s more, we found Mr. Dunn and Inspector Clouseau Home Inspections through the Better Business Bureau. When we learned of that plus his professional affiliations, we knew we would be all right. It was absolutely a blessing in disguise! Words really cannot convey how we felt when Mr. Dunn said he could fit us into his busy schedule at the last minute. We were so overwhelmed by his consideration for our situation. That showed his compassion to help others and his dedication to see that his field of expertise is well represented. In fact, his work was incredibly noteworthy.
Mother and I saw that Mr. Dunn had a passion and understanding for his work by the depth and quality of his explanations to us and by the completely thorough report (with pictures) we received from him almost immediately. He did what he said he would do and more; we didn’t have to wait days or weeks for the report either. In fact, Mr. Dunn rose to the levels of expertise, efficiency, and abilities we have never seen before. We are definitely going to contact Mr. Rod Dunn and Inspector Clouseau Home Inspections again for our final home inspection once it is time. His high scale of experience, attention to detail, willingness to explain everything, patience and ability to deal with others, and his due diligence warrant it. We are only too happy to recommend Mr. Dunn and Inspector Clouseau Home Inspections to family, friends, and coworkers. Our only regret is that those we know didn’t get the benefit of Mr. Rod Dunn and Inspector Clouseau Home Inspections before they made their home purchases here. They really missed out!
