We used Adam's DJ Service for our wedding on 03/17/12 and couldn't have been more pleased.

We were referred to Adam's DJ Service by a friend who was happy with the service she received at her wedding. When we first contacted Adam by phone he was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the services he would be able to provide and the cost. We were specifically looking for a DJ who was not "cheesy" and who would listen to our wishes and carry out the style of wedding reception we were looking for. We met with Travis and felt very comfortable right away because he was friendly and easy going, but also very professional. He met us in person at our venue in south Seattle to discuss the details of our event. He generously offered to give us the same rate our friend had received, even though our event was scheduled for a Saturday, not a Friday (which is generally discounted).

Following our first meeting and signing the contract we spoke with Travis on the phone several times before our event to go over details. He really got a sense of our general style and was able to convert that over into a fantastic event. Travis arrived early at 3pm to set up his equipment before our guests began arriving, and then returned after the ceremony to begin the cocktail hour music (we had a live musician planned for our wedding ceremony). He was even nice enough to run the audio and controls for a slide show we had prepared during dinner, which was not in his job description. After dinner our guests danced all night long and Travis played until the very last second when he needed to begin packing up (our venue had a "hard out" at 1am). He played an amazing mix of music that we had recommended plus his own choices, and many of our guests stated that our wedding reception was "better than any club in Seattle." In particular, we really appreciated Travis's flexible personality, his promptness and excellent communication skills, and his willingness to jump in and help with whatever we needed for our wedding.

We really feel that we got an incredible value for the cost, and would recommend Adam's DJ Service to anyone looking to have a fabulous event.

AWESOME!!! Our wedding was this past weekend. Travis paid attention to every detail; timing was perfect. He had the whole evening planned to every detail yet still responded to every request. The wedding music we choose was unique with a fairy tale effect. He was so helpful in music selection. Listened carefully to what was desired. It was beautiful! An addition at the last minute to the ceremony was flawlessly covered with music that was appropriate. The receiption with the lighting just gave us a fun celebration to enjoy. The perfect ending to a wonderous day. This is the service you want for your wedding; professional, great personality, and really understood what we wanted at our wedding.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!! I had Travis from Adams DJ service at my wedding this past weekend and I couldn't be more happy with their service. Travis made the party function without any flaws. He was attentive to the needs of the bride (me) and of the guests. He stayed on cue and was flexible when needed. Oh and he was not cheesy at all. This service is professional, easy to work with and responsive. I did not have any worries about my choice from the first time I spoke to Adam and Travis
