I wish there was a negative star here to rate with. I had a horrible experience with these guys. IT was a mess up with their website. They ?BOOKED? a reservation for me, even though I never got a confirmation online, or via email and had no idea that I had a reservation. The driver calls me when I am already on my way to the airport in another cab. Anyway, granted that mistakes happen. The thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was how they dealt with it. Refused to listen. Ignored my calls. Promised to look into it, but never got back. Finally, I decided that I better atleast take off my credit card info and cancel my account, otherwise I would be getting phantom reservations all the time. VOILA! When I use the contact form and send in request for cancellation, on my confirmation screen shows up an email from another customer, with all that person's personal info right there: name, email, phone number, all travel plans, IP address, etc. This company is a disaster waiting to happen someday to some poor unsuspecting soul!
