Just got my Honda Element back today after having it detailed by Inman Auto. What a rotten job!!!! Not only was the car not well done, but the clear-coat on my wheels had started to peel off. Now, I washed this car two days before I took it to them and know for a fact that the clear-coat was fine on all the wheels except where I had curbed the front one. It did not show any peeling but was scratched....my fault, I admit it.
They had my car for a week; did not once call me or answer my calls. Great customer service?? I think not!!!
After pointing out that the wheels were now peeling, all I got was a run-a-round and an offer to fix them for another $150.00!!!!!! Go suck and egg!!!
AJ had just told us before I noticed the problem, that some of the chemicals they use will destroy the clear-coat and that we should have it buffed out last, so as not to need to re-do the buffing. Nice try!!!
Normally, if you get a complete detail and spend $250.00 you get a decent job....they didn't even clean the pine needles out of the trunk/lift gate. How does that constitute a 'complete' detail????
Would I recommend them to anyone else????...Hell no!!!! Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache and $$$$$. When Rick owned the business, it was well represented and good quality. Now, don't waste your time.
