They don't keep any detailed receipts on file, and claim they cannot find a receipt if it's "more than a couple weeks old". This is after the receipt I received is a full 8x11 page of paper, printed out from a computer program. Obviously for tax reasons, they'd need to keep their *** receipts, but apparently that's not within their ability.

Here's my full story: the only gentleman I've seen in the store is a greasy haired man that doesn't know his products at all. He initially told me I'd need a USB cable with the USB hub I bought, as it didn't come with one. Lo and behold, it did come with one, and then gave me a hard time trying to return the cable he told me I needed to begin with!!! Less than a year later, the USB hub stops working, and when I call to see about a phone number for the manufacturer, he's completely unhelpful, and tells me to just buy another as it's "so cheap"! Sorry buddy, but that's just not customer service! He talks to you like you're a dumb shit, and are a complete computer illiterate, even though I've owned my own business in the industry.

I don't understand how he's in business. Maybe he fixes computers well enough to keep customers that way, but I'd not buy any hardware from this man. His "vendors" are where he places blame, when the only two USB hubs he keeps in the store is either A) $13 econo-model or B) $40 more than most people need. He needs to stand by, and know what his products are in his store. Stay away from this poser.
